HIGH-QUALITY TPU SEALED TUBES
AXION shapes are made with 250mic seamless TPU bladder tubes ended by using HF welding technologies. All bladders are accommodated in strong 500D HT polyester, so the whole inflatable structure is strong, but still flexible in a wide temperature range from cold FIS ski events to the hot Rally Dakar.
EXTREMELY STABLE
A ballast plate, a ballast bag, or even a combination of the two can be used as an accessory for any AXION shape product. It provides it with superb stability and it can be balanced to the extreme angle without falling.
SIMPLE REPAIRS
A repair kit is available for every AXION shape in case of damage. Thanks to the zip-off system, you can easily change the inflatable tube in a few minutes – no need to send it to us for repair.
SAFETY FIRST
Traditional inflatable arches are fully dependent on the power source and constant air flow – in the case of a power outage, the arch can fall down which can be very dangerous. Sealed AXION arches don’t need a constant air flow, and are thus independent of the electric power grid. They are also inflated to higher pressure than traditional arches which makes them more stable. For even more safety, the arch can be equipped with an automatic pressure control system.
INTERNAL ILLUMINATION
Do you want your AXION shape to shine in the dark? Illuminate it with 230V or 12V light systems available in white and RGB versions. Modern flat LEDs connected to click-in Li-Ion batteries ensure the illumination is easy to operate and doesn’t need to be connected to electricity.
COMPLETELY UNPLUGGED
You can inflate your AXION shape with an electric pump/blower or even a hand pump within 10 minutes. Once your shape is inflated, you can move it anywhere – it doesn’t require constant air flow from an electric pump/blower.
UNLIMITED COLORS
We use the latest technology for dye sublimation printing along with automatic cutting and welding. Since we print everything ourselves, we can accommodate any color demand and have full control over the whole process. The printed “sock” cover can be easily zipped off and exchanged for a different design.
EASY TRANSPORT
The base of each AXION shape object works as a transport bag. Just deflate your Shape and zip-on the top part. With arch shapes you will zip together the two bases to get one compact disc.
